The application of heat recovery equipment is the shaping machine and coating machine in the textile printing and dyeing industry.
Heat setting machines or coating machines use high-temperature air to dry and finish the textile to shape the product. Generally, the air temperature required for production in a heat setting machine is about 200 degrees, and fresh air is continuously introduced and dirty exhaust gas is discharged. In order to smoothly produce a heat setting machine, it is necessary to continuously introduce fresh air into the fan and discharge a part of the exhaust gas, and the temperature of the exhaust gas can generally reach about 140 to 180 degrees. This part of the exhaust gas is directly discharged into the atmosphere, which wastes energy and pollutes the environment.
The exhaust gas waste heat recovery device extracts the exhaust gas energy discharged from the heat setting machine to heat the fresh air intake temperature required by the setting machine, thereby reducing the exhaust gas discharge temperature and saving the energy of the heat setting machine.
Compared with other types of heat exchangers, it has the following characteristics:
a, high heat transfer performance. Especially for gas-gas heat pipe heat exchangers, it can show its advantages.
b, the average temperature difference of heat transfer is large. The channels of the cold and hot fluids are conveniently arranged, and the flow direction can be arranged in a simple countercurrent form.
c, compact structure. The heat transfer capacity of each heat pipe is also large, and the heat transfer can be ensured with a smaller number of heat pipes.
d, flexible layout. The heat pipe can be used as a general heat transfer element, and can be arbitrarily combined by changing the number of heat pipes.
e, work safe and reliable. Each heat pipe is a separate heat transfer element that can be replaced separately without affecting the normal operation of the entire heat exchange unit.
