Introduction to the structural characteristics of the damper type shrinking machine

The damper shrinking machine is a shrinking machine for thin knit fabrics such as thin cotton wool and elastic rib. It consists of three parts: steaming wet, damping pre-shrinking and cloth. The circular knit fabric enters the steamer steam through the expansion roller, the super-feed roller and the gusset to be wet. The pre-shrinking portion has two sets of damping pre-shrinking devices to accommodate the need for both sides of the circular knit fabric to be pre-shrinked.


Each set consists of a feed roller, a damper blade and a retard roller. The feeding roller has a smooth surface and the roller surface of the retarding roller is rough. h The line speed of the retarding roll surface is lower than that of the feeding roll, so that the fabric is pressed against the feeding surface of the damped blade and then enters the rolling point of the two rolls, and is pre-shrinked by the damping of the retarding roller.


The amount of squeezing between the rolls is controlled by adjusting the line speed of the two rolls, the rolls are heated by steam, the damper blades are electrically heated and the pressure applied to the fabric is controlled by pneumatic means. The damped pre-shrinked fabric is conveyed by the curtain belt to the drape device for folding. The machine pre-shrinkage rate is 0~25%, adjusted as needed. After pre-shrinking, the cloth surface is flat and the width of the door is stable. The hand feels soft and the shrinkage rate can be less than 1%.


The shrinking machine "freely" releases the internal stress, also called free retraction, and the contracted fabric may be quickly stabilized after passing through the cooling zone to complete the pre-shrinking operation. After the shrinkage processing, the fabric is stable in size, feels, and is not easily shrunk after being re-polished. This treatment improves the quality of the product.www.haida-textile.com
