Measurement and Control of Residual Moisture Content of Falling Cloth in Wet Crosslinking

Aug 28, 2020

Equipped with online drying room to measure and control the residual moisture content of fabric falling cloth, which is one of the technical keys of the wet crosslinking process

The resin finishing of cotton fabric has improved its use value, quality and easy-care performance. In terms of "wash and wear" and "easy care" finishing, the wet crosslinking process is favored by technologists. This process has strict requirements on the residual content of the fabric (wet regain), which should be between 8% and 12%. Practice has proved that to prevent damage to the fabric, the residual content on the fabric should not be less than 6%, and if the residual moisture content is excessive, the easy-care type of the fabric will be damaged.
