Advantages of the  HAIDA-KAPrec  heatrecovery system:

– Savings of up to 30%
– The exhaust flow passes without loss of pressure, this results in very long intervals       without cleaning.
– No reinforcement or replacement of the exhaust fan required
– High efficiency, virtually no losses by heatradiation because the heated-up fresh air is  directly fed into the stenter compartment
– Unit will be integrated into the existing exhaust system, no large-scale and expensive  changes necessary



The fresh air supply of the stenter takes place to 40% through the fabric inlet slot,30% through the fabric outlet slot,15% by the gas burner and 15% leakages.The temperature evenness in the first 2 chambers and the last chamber will be unstable due to the high infeed of fresh,cold air.



The Haida-Kaprec heatrecovery alleviates this negative impact as the fresh air is individually supplied to each chamber, thus reducing the cold air infeed through the fabric inlet and outlet slot of the stenter.
