The hot exhaust air passes the front side of the Segments thus creating the energy exchange between hot and cold air. The displacer ensures that the complete exhaust stream of hot air contacts the front side. The speed of the exhaust air flow will not be reduced, this is the reason why the heatrecovery needs cleaning mostly only after 1 year or even longer.

All parts coming into contact with the exhaust air are made of stainless steel.

Technical data:

1. suitable for exhaust volumes of 1000m to 3000m/h

2. most economic recovery between 140℃ and 220℃ exhaust air temperature(special execution for higher exhaust temperatures available)

3. Depending on exhaust volume and exhaust temperature energy savings of 10% to 30% can be achieved.
